Members can register up to 10 major credit cards and bank accounts for monitoring.

An easy-to-read, user-friendly format provided both online and offline. The online report offers consumers an interactive, html format supported by various financial tools. The offline version provides customers with a user-friendly profile and fulfillment kit. The online and offline channels are integrated, thus the customer is treated the same regardless of how they sign up for the product and can receive their benefits online or offline. Members receive their personal credit score using data from Equifax® with their initial Credit Report, including positive and negative factors that impact this score.

When risk is determined to be "medium" or higher, the top 3 contributing factors are identified. Members will receive a six month history of applications for new credit and mobile phone accounts, changes of address for existing credit and mobile phone accounts, and other data sources as available.

The monitoring service alerts the member when someone uses his name or SSN to file applications with top credit card companies, wireless providers, and retailers. Applications are detected using the members SSN even if their name or address isn't used. Members choose how to receive their alerts via email, text message, phone, or U.S. mail.
