As Integrated Services Director for the eastern region at Diebold, Andrea is responsible for business
architecture and development in the outsourcing arena. Working in concert with all business lines in the
Diebold family of products and services, Andrea’s team is responsible for engineering solutions that meet
the specific goals and needs of financial institutions. Prior to Diebold, Andrea held positions including
Director of Account Relations, National Service and Operations Manager, and Director of Corporate Accounts.
She was an early adopter to turnkey management in the ATM space, which has been her focus for nearly 9
years.
