Erika Teola, Marketing Manager for Digital Insight, is responsible for defining the strategies used to help
Digital Insight clients acquire active Internet Banking and Bill Pay users. In her eight years at Digital Insight,
she has worked as a Senior Communications Manager and Director of Customer Service and Support Services. Before
joining Digital Insight, she worked for Fidelity Federal Bank for 10 years, managing customer service and training.
Erika has over 18 years of experience in financial services and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from
California State University Long Beach.
