David Rubini, Director, EDW Product Management, Digital Insight
Rubini is responsible for creating user-centered strategies and solutions for leveraging access to data
about the attributes and behaviors of users of online financial products. From 2005 to 2007, Rubini led
Digital Insight’s user experience function. Digital Insight was acquired by Intuit in 2007, and Rubini
moved into his current position. Over the last two decades, Rubini has also held positions in user
experience design and product management at Magnet Communications (online corporate banking), CheckFree
(online bill payment), Vertical One (account aggregation), Cambridge Technology Partners (e-commerce strategy),
and NCR Corp (retail and banking technology).
Erika Teola, Marketing Manager, Digital Insight
Erika Teola has been in the financial services industry for the past 18 years and has been with Digital
Insight, an Intuit® Company, since May, 2000. She currently serves as Marketing Manager for Digital Insight,
where she manages programs designed to drive clients’ active use of online banking products and services. She
also has held a variety of positions in communications, customer service and training. Before joining Digital
Insight, Teola was a 10-year employee with Fidelity Federal Bank, starting as a teller and quickly moving
into a Training Manager role for several years before becoming a Call Center Manager. Teola has a bachelor’s
degree in psychology from California State University in Long Beach, Calif.
