Neal was the driving force behind a number of national security awareness initiatives, including Think Security First, a non-profit partnership between Chambers of Commerce and cities across the country to improve cyber security education at a community level. Over his twenty-five-year career he has worked as a security advisor to financial organizations, government, military, intelligence, and Fortune 500 firms around the world, and clients have included Toyota, ChevronTexaco, Merrill Lynch, bebe Stores, Cost Plus World Market, the Bank of Ireland and the Government of Bulgaria. Neal has taught security to more than three million individuals in 120 countries.
